AdminAgent links
Agent links are scoped access tokens that let an external agent — for example an AI assistant or an automation — create and manage content in your tenant programmatically, without a full user login. Each link issues a token an agent presents when it connects.
Browse agent links
Open Settings → Agent Links.
The list shows each link's name, the agent that's used it, when it was last used, its status, and its expiry.
Create an agent link
- Click New Agent Link, or open an existing one to edit.
- Name — a label for the link, e.g. "Claude Code — March".
- Allowed content types — restrict which content types the agent may create. Leave empty to allow all.
- Expires at — optionally set an expiry after which the token stops working.
- Save. Copy the generated token — the agent uses it to authenticate.
Treat the token like a password
Anyone with the token can create content within its allowed scope until it expires. Revoke a link by deleting it; set an expiry for time-boxed access.
