AdminCompetency groups

Competency groups organise related competencies into a structure — for example by domain, role, or standard — so large frameworks stay navigable.

Browse competency groups

Open Competencies → Competency Groups.

Create or edit a group

  1. Click New Competency Group, or open an existing one to edit.
  2. Name the group and add details.
  3. Add the competencies that belong to it.
  4. Save.

Groups are how competencies are presented and reported on, so a clear grouping makes ratings and reviews easier to read.

Competencies is a feature

If you don't see the Competencies section, the competencies feature isn't enabled for your tenant.
