AdminSite Settings → Portal Settings

This page controls portal-wide preferences for what users see when they sign in — which navigation items appear, where contact form submissions are routed, and the welcome content on the portal home page.

Not to be confused with...

The Portals list under Settings → Portals is where you create and edit each portal's name, slug, and branding. Site Settings → Portal Settings (this page) configures the menus and homepage shown inside a portal.

Open Settings → Site Settings → Portal Settings.

Portal Settings page with Menu Visibility toggles, Contact Us email, and the start of the Home Page editor.Portal Settings. Two sections: Menu Visibility (top) and Home Page (below).

Decide which sidebar items users see in this portal.

  • Show Programs menu — hides the Programs nav entry when off.
  • Show Resources menu — hides the Resources nav entry.
  • Show language switcher — toggles the language selector in the top bar.
  • Show My Evidence — controls the My Evidence nav entry.
  • Show Contact Us — controls the Contact Us button.
  • Contact Us email — the email address that receives contact-form submissions when Show Contact Us is enabled. Required when the toggle is on.

WARNING

Turning a menu off only hides it from the navigation. Direct URLs to those pages still work — use Roles and step-level access controls if you need to fully restrict access.

Home Page

The welcome card that appears beneath the quick actions on the user home page.
