Resources are reference materials — documents, links, and files — that you make available to users outside the flow of a program. Users browse them from their portal (see Find resources).
Browse resources
Open Content Management → Resources.
Create a resource
- Click New Resource, or open an existing one to edit.
- Give it a title and details, and add the material — an uploaded file or a link.
- Save.
Manage resources
Use the list to keep resources organised and current — edit, reorder, or remove items as your library changes. Users always see the latest published set.
Resources is a feature
If you don't see the Resources section, the resources feature isn't enabled for your tenant.
