AdminCompetencies

Competencies are the skills, standards, or objectives users are assessed against. They underpin competency ratings, reviews, and competency reporting.

Browse competencies

Open Competencies → Competencies.

The list shows every competency defined for your tenant. Search and filter to find one as your framework grows.

Create or edit a competency

  1. Click New Competency, or open an existing one to edit.
  2. Give it a name and details.
  3. Place it in a competency group to keep related competencies together — see Competency groups.
  4. Save.

Competencies are assessed using rating scales (see Scales) and surface in competency-rating and review content created under Manage content.

Competencies is a feature

If you don't see the Competencies section, the competencies feature isn't enabled for your tenant — contact your account manager.
